Transit Time:

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please note that the shipping times provided are approximate. During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, there may be occasional delays in the arrival of your package.

Military Bases and Multiple Addresses:

  • We regret to inform you that we currently do not deliver to US military bases.
  • Shipping to multiple addresses within the same order is not supported.

Tax Policy: We do not impose taxes on any orders. The displayed product prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

Shipping Delays and Support:

  • In the unlikely event that your package takes more than 30 days to reach you, we commit to reimbursing the entire order amount.
  • If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please submit a request, and we guarantee a response within 12 hours.
  • If your shipping tracking code indicates completion but your order has not been received, please check your surroundings thoroughly.
